MEETING MINUTES
FEBRUARY 28, 2007

Members Present: Paul Challenger, Al Berg, Paul Anderson, Jim Dunn, Peter Lacy, Maria Dell'Ovo, Rick Bates, Marilynn Foley
Member Absent: Ed Benoit
Also Present: Town Manager Brian Bullock, Jacquie Kelly, Assistant Town Manager, Kathy Peterson Town Clerk, Jean Berg Town Treasurer, Beverly Potvin Town Assessor, Doug Nelson Information Technology, Fire Chief Jack Chandler, Selectmen: Joe Sullivan, Ken O'Brien, Dave White
The meeting was called to order at 7:00. Tonight's meeting is to review the General Government Budget.
The Town Clerk reviewed her budget and answered questions.
The Treasurer reviewed her budget and answered questions. Al Berg recused himself from the discussion of this budget at 7:20 and returned to the meeting at 7:45. The Treasurer also reviewed Debt Service, Insurance and Retirement budgets.
The Assessor reviewed her budget and answered questions.
The Information Technology budget was reviewed and questions answered. Doug also provided the Committee with a handout.
The Town Manager reviewed the Accountant's budget and answered questions.
The Town Manager reviewed his budget and answered questions.
Other budgets reviewed were the Moderator's, Finance Committee, Selectmen, Legal and Personnel.
The Committee discussed how to review the Water/Sewer Enterprise Fund. It was decided to hold a meeting on April 4, 2007 to review this fund.
A motion by Jim 2nd by Al to approve the minutes of February 21, 2007 was voted unanimously as amended (abstained Rick).
The meeting adjourned at 10:00.
